During their transformation into professionals the institution facilitates their learning, reasoning, decision, vision, and achievement. The curriculum is supported by robust coursework through workshops, seminars, industrial exposure, and paper presentation, mentoring for higher studies, research, entrepreneurship and employment support.
Placement Committee frequently interacts with the corporate world, thereby developing and maintaining symbiotic relations. It undertakes various activities related to campus placement for final year students and summer internship program from 1st year students.

The students pride themselves of being independent, innovative and abreast with the technology trends. Career Development Centre
Creating Corporate – Ready Professionals
At the Career Development Centre, we guide students to explore how their aspirations and interests are related to various business practices. In the first semester, students undergo several self-assessments to identify their personality and career preferences. We then provide them with detailed information about various industries and career options. By the end of the third semester, students narrow down their choices and build a career – profile chart for themselves. This enables students to make informed decisions when choosing their electives. The Career Development Centre also provides expertise in crafting powerful resumes, developing interviewing and presentation techniques, and building critical interpersonal skills.
Pre-placement Training
As part of our Endeavour to create a link between academia and corporate, we share our width of knowledge and experience through customized Professional Training Programmes. We offer diagonistic services and design training programmes specific to the needs of the organization. We also plan to manage outsourced Training and development functions of individual corporations.
The programmes we design cover a wide range of specialized topics such as Aptitude, Reasoning, English, Java, Dot.net, AutoCad, Transmission & Distribution, Drive testing, RF Surveying, electronics & semi-conductor, Psychometric Assessment for Managerial Effectiveness, Interpersonal Skills , IT and Non-IT Project Management etc.
